2.Rotational mould can be large, as shown in pictures, their size is up to 4.5 meters.

2.Rotationally molded insulated case, can be injected with foamed PU, to keep temperature inside case stable for days.

We start from receiving your 3D model or an actual sample. Then we will import them into our mould programe, which is composed in either solidworks or Unigrahpics.
Following above procedures, wooden pattern, casted aluminum, CNC milling, assembly, QC inspection, ect will be achieved continuously and respectively.
So far, the largest mould we make is up to 4.5 meters long.
We are confident of providing you rotational mould of high quality at a very reasonably economical cost.
Grinded powder will be blended properly with pigment, which we will do by ourselves, according to your color sample or Pantone reference number.
Once material is prepared, we will work out a correct shot weight, as per your request or design. Afterwards, the correct amount of blended powder will be weighed and sent to work stations in front of rotomachines, where powder will be poured into mould, before the mould is locked.
Then rotational platform mounted with moulds, will go forward into oven, where the moulds are heated up, as the rotational platform is rotating both vertically and horizontally.
After a certain time, which is set to make sure all powder will gradually melt on mould inner wall, the rotational platform will leave oven, and keep rotating till the mould cool down.
Then mould will be opened, and product will be demoulded. Either keep cooling naturally or put into a cooling jig to make sure dimension and shape are maintained.

Normally, if a part's shape is complex, consisting of various curves and recess, or has critical request for dimension and overall shape, or requires special texture finish, its mould had better be made out of cast aluminum.
Compared to mould for injection molding and blowing molding , cost of rotational mould is comparatively low, especially when it comes to large and complex part.
Cast aluminum rotomould surface can be polished or textured including bead blast, shot peen and chemical erosion.
Rotational mould can code with various inserts, or even complex reinforced metal structure inside.
Different rotational moulds can be mounted onto a same platform.
